Our Mission

Answers from your documents, not from a model's memory.

Nexus AI Assist was founded on a simple observation: technical teams spend an unreasonable amount of time hunting for one clause, one table, one cross-reference, across hundreds of pages of PDF. The document has the answer. Finding it is the work.

So we built a knowledge center that reads your library and answers from it — quoting the passage it used and naming the document and clause it came from, every time.

Your library, not a general model

The platform runs on retrieval-augmented generation: your documents are indexed clause by clause, the relevant passages are retrieved for each question, and the model is given those passages to answer from. It is not drawing on what it happens to remember about your field.

That distinction is the whole product. A general-purpose model asked about a standard it has never read will still produce an answer — fluent, specific, and wrong in ways that are hard to catch. Ours answers from a document you uploaded, or it tells you it cannot.

When nothing relevant is indexed, the model is never called at all. You are told the library has no answer rather than handed a plausible one.

Whatever your team works from

Standards and codes are what we started with, and they remain the hardest case: dense, cross-referenced, and unforgiving of a paraphrase. Indian Standards, the National Building Code, fire safety practice and international codes are all handled the same way — clause-level retrieval, with the citation attached.

The same engine works on anything else your team relies on: specifications, method statements, drilling and well manuals, equipment documentation, internal procedures, safety and compliance policies. If it is a document your people have to search, it belongs in the library.

Each department keeps its own library, and a question is only ever answered from the departments you belong to. Fire Safety does not see what Standards uploaded, and neither sees HR.

Built to be checked

Every answer carries direct citations and inline clause references, so you can open the source and confirm it before it reaches a calculation, a site report, or an auditor. An answer you cannot verify is not much use in work where being wrong has consequences.

We built Nexus AI Assist because we wanted a tool we could trust in our own work. Everything above follows from that one requirement.
