Query Data: We log the engineering questions you submit to improve retrieval accuracy and enforce usage limits.
Payment Information: Handled securely by our payment processor. We do not store raw card data on our servers.
Log Data: Our servers automatically record your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.
Cookies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain sessions and remember preferences. See Section 5 for details.

— Provide, operate, and improve the Nexus AI Assist service

Your specific engineering queries are not shared with third parties or used to train public LLM foundation models.

All traffic is encrypted via TLS (HTTPS). Database backups are encrypted at rest. We employ strict access controls to protect your data. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where legally required to retain it. Query logs may be retained in anonymised form for analytics.
