Nexus AI Assist is owned and operated by Syannu AI Technologies Private Limited, a private limited liability company duly incorporated and existing under the laws of Republic of India, with its registered office at C103, Banyan Block, Brigade Orchards, Devanahalli, Bengaluru (Bangalore), Karnataka – 562110; through its Authorized Representative, Ismail Ali Mohamed ("we", "our", "us").

By accessing or using Nexus AI Assist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

1. Use License & Restrictions

Nexus AI Assist grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform. You may not:

• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or bulk-download the proprietary code database.
• Share user accounts across multiple individuals or organizations.
• Use the platform in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the service.

2. Engineering Disclaimer (CRITICAL)

Nexus AI Assist is an AI-powered search and reference tool. It is NOT a substitute for professional engineering judgment. The AI may make mistakes, hallucinate, or produce inaccurate or incomplete information. The user is solely responsible for the verification of all information provided by the platform against the official Indian Standards before being used in any structural design, construction, or legal capacity. We assume absolutely no liability for structural failures, design errors, or damages resulting from the use of information obtained through this service.

3. Subscription and Billing

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing dashboard.

4. Service Availability & Modifications

Service availability is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. You agree that the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the service.
